Not able to comment on the quality of the helper yet. But the agent, Criss was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my difficult questions very patiently. She understands my needs and did not try to recommend just any helper at hand.

I started looking for helper during Jan 2026 because one of my requirements is to have someone that can communicate in Mandarin which I believe it will require more time in searching. However, I only need the helper to come at end of March so most of the agencies told me that they will put my request on hold first as it would be better to look for a helper only after mid of Feb 2026. Although some other agencies had assisted me, they just mass sent me the helpers’ bio data and most of them do not meet my requirements. There were also agents that told me that their helpers know Mandarin but end up they can’t even understand basic Chinese words during the interviews. I chanced upon this agency and decided to give it a try. Criss is the agent that assisted me and what I like about her is that she is very responsive and helpful. She will personally conduct an interview with the candidates to ensure that they can understand Chinese before introducing to me. This saves me a lot of time and with her help, I managed to find a helper that can communicate well in Mandarin. Criss has also gone extra mile to help me settle the issues that I have with my previous helper. She was very patient in answering all my questions. Even after working hours e.g 10pm, she was still replying to my messages. I am very fortunate to find her and have decided to follow her if I need any new helper in future.
